Grenache

Native of Spain. (in Spanish, Garnacha, in Catalan, Garnatxa) is one of the most widely planted red wine grape varieties in the world.Very vigorous and sensitive to blossom drop. Its canes become woody with difficulty. Sensitive to magnesium deficiency. It is better adapted to weakly acid and gravel soils then limestone soils.
