Originally from the Bay of Plenty - where her parents have recently developed an avocado orchard - Rochelle welcomed a return to the East Coast lifestyle after tours of duty in Cambridge and Auckland.

Upon receiving her degree in management studies from the University of Waikato, she entered The Warehouse Ltd's trainee management programme, progressively rising through the ranks to assistant manager in the Gisborne store.

In 2007, she joined the Riversun team, and has brought her considerable management skills to bear on all aspects of the nursery's sales operations.
