Another Gisborne native, Steve has been connected with Riversun since day one.
Steve did a little moonlighting as a kiwi fruit orchard developer in the early 1980s, with Riversun supplying the plants and the technical advice. A more permanent connection with the company began in 1996. Having just sold a private business, Steve volunteered to help lift vines for a few weeks. Then it was on to collecting rootstock, and after that helping out in the office - a job that gradually evolved into his present position.
